Salted Caramel Bliss Balls

Serves 10 | Prep 8 mins

The best thing about these balls are they are so simple to make as part of your weekly meal prep, and so tasty. They are high in fibre, so you will feel fuller and satisfied for longer.

  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1 cup of pitted medjool dates (about 10)
  • 1 tsp mesquite powder
  • 1 tsp lucuma powder
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted • pinch of Himalayan salt
  1. Throw all the ingredients in a blender & blitz then refrigerate or freeze for later.
