I know what it feels like to have health issues too. Years of period problems, diagnosed with PCOS, feeling overwhelmed and confused as to where to even begin.

This led me to completing a Bachelor of Nutritional Medicine & Dietetics and becoming a Master of Neural Linguistic Programming (NLP), and using holistic practices, food as medicine, and powerful mindset shifts to bring me back to great health in mind and body.
